Several years ago we rented a small cottage on the AIWW near Hilton Head. It was a one bedroom, one bath, very old cottage on a narrow lot on the water. It had just sold for $1.2-million. In comparison, $24-million for a beautiful large island with two very large and modern homes looks like a bargain. |
