If you need a boat transported, contact Chris Gonzales. He brought the Outrage 18 from Bloomfield Michigan to Santa Cruz, California. He treated the boat as it was his own. He ran into a hub and spindle [failure] and worked through the problem diligently despite it being a Sunday 45-minutes outside Cheyenne, Wyoming. His communication was awesome! Super nice guy. Jeff Rohlfing met him at the pickup. Here is his email: healthorlando@yahoo.com and phone 210-213-4635. He's starting a business, which will be up and running in Feb 2015. I met him on Uship. |

I met Chris when he picked up Andrew's old / Karl's new 18 Outrage at K&M Marine in Redford Mi. He seemed like a good guy, and, after handling the problems that arose on the road during this transport, I have to say I was impressed with his professionalism. The boat: Meeting Chris at K&M and getting on the road Trailer Problems outside of Cheyenne Wy Home at Karl's Having had problems with our own haul, I can say, having a transporter like this is so very important. When I spoke to him at the pick-up, he stated that jobs which go direct will be cheaper than through Uship as they take a rather large cut of his bid. So, you might want to contact him direct. His full business that should be going live in Feb is called "Holy Ship" out of Canyon Lake Texas and he obviously hauls from Coast to Coast. |

Good story on the transport of that fine classic OUTRAGE 18 to California from Michigan. |
