Just read about and saw a video of an Evinrude G2. All of the hoses for steering, fuel, cables, etc., run through a single tube that does not move when the outboard is turned. Ingenuous. What a great idea.

Even more impressive is the incorporation of power electro-hydraulic steering into the engine mount assembly.
