This boat is 1984 Boston Whaler Outrage 18, The boat is good condition with many extras. They include a 2006 Loadmaster alluminum trailer, 2006 baystar hydrolic steering, 2006 Command Link Management Yamaha instruments, 2006 Yamaha throttle and ignition, Bennet hydrolic trim tabs, clarion sterio, custum t-top with rod holders and curtains, teak and mahogany wood pakage, custom t-top boat cover, electronics box, wiring harness upgraded 2006, and spot lights. There is no motor. Re-power as you like. Previous motor was a Yamaha 150 four stroke. The boat would achieve a max of 47 mph with a 14 1/4" 17 pitch prop. This boat is a great classic.

Hi,

Wow, that is one beautiful Outrage. It looks factory new.

I wish I had the money to spend on it and an engine. Oh well.

Very nice boat indeeed. Many people have expressed interest in buying a hull only and re-powering themself, so here is thier chance to do it with a no bottom paint boat. Good luck with your sale.

We already know cmilling. Some people actually put their location and e-mail in their profile so people know where they are located and don't have to ask. Some people also think that selling an unpowered boat is a great service to those of us who are looking for a nice hull and our own power options. Kudos to you for being one of those people. Where were you 2 years ago when I bought my 19 Revenge to repower?

Good luck in your sale.

Nice boat! Please provide some details/thoughts/photos regarding the cabinet you made/installed under the rps seat.

What is the boat's history?

Dan, The custom box under the seat is made of teak and marine grade mohogany laminate plywood. I built it in order to have a leaning post. It works really well and adds storage space. I is directly connected to the existing seat structure and can be removed and put back in a normal configuration easily. All original parts are still in use. I have enjoyed the boat and still own a 13 whaler. I recently began diving and needed a boat more suited for that operation. I have owned in the past a 17 montauk, and a 22 revenge WT. I love Whalers.

cmilling, Thanks for the info. Your custom box looks nicer than some of my furniture :) Did you get rid of the 150 Yamaha? I just busted my budget with a new roof and gutters, so I have to wait for some more money to come in.

How's the gas tank on your boat, and did you have to recaulk the deck seams at some point?

What boat do you plan on getting for diving?

Dan, The gas tank is great shape and the seams appear fine. I had just repowered the boat and realized I needed more boat. I bought a 21' Parker with a huge beam and simply moved the motor to the new boat since all the controls, hydrolic steering, and command link were the same everything else stayed in place.

Answer to a lot of e-mails
I am not a dealer. I, like most, have never enjoyed a profit from any boat I have ever owned. The seat uses all original parts and the storage which makes it a leaning post can easily be returned to its original position. I have the stainless hand rail for the console, but do not have all the socket/fittings it fits into.
Thanks,

I don't want to fall off the page. The boat will list in the local paper this weekend.
Thanks for all the emails.
