Hoping someone might know where to find a tach and or a repair manual for my 92 Nissan two stroke O/B. The tach is an unusual kind. I am told that both plugs fire at the same time! Gosh what have I done!! I live in St Marys Ga. and if you can find one you have a free ride to the Cumberland Island National seashore park! Ciao Capy |

I am sorry for a delay of my input,but I have been at a doctors office for my eyes and have not had access to the comupty! the engine I have is an 1992. and I am told it needs a special tach? please advise about the manual--does it cover a 92? thanks capy |

The manual covers 1992-2000, so it would cover your 1992. |

If that engine is a 2 stroke, your tach may not be bad, as it could be your rectifier. If your rectifier goes out on most 2 strokes, your tach either goes nuts, or most of the time, just stops working, period. Sal |

Sal,thanks for the info, But I don't have a tach to go nuts! I bid on one and then found out it was off a 2001! I'm hoping it might work on my 1992! Any ideas? capy |
