All you need is a cable. Like new, no corrosion, and perfect operating condition, bought new in 2005 and used three summers in my ribside 21 Outrage steering a Merc 150. $40 to your door.
L H G	posted 01-28-2009 03:14 PM ET (US)          This helm uses the Teleflex series 162 quick connect cable, readily avaiable in any length needed. Three turns lock to lock, and it has the standard 3/4" tapered shaft that fits any steering wheel. Detailed information on this unit can be found on Teleflex's website if needed. Great for a 13, 15, 16 or 17' Whaler and for an engine with power trim so the neutral steering feedback postition can be easily attained.
