It is is good condition and has a carrying capacity of 3000 pounds and will hold a 20 foot boat. I am not sure the year. I am located in Michigan just out side of Ann Arbor / Detroit. Not sure the value - thinking $450 but open to offers. I can send some photos if interested. Thanks Ben
