Does anyone have any recommendations on a manufacturer that makes a Boat cover for this model? I have tried Mills Canvas and they would need to have the actual boat present at their shop to make a pattern for this particular model. I am also finding that none of the selection guides associated with online retailers/manufacturers feature any of the classic Outrage Cuddy/Revenge Cuddy models in the larger sizes. Any help or experience matching a cover with a similar model boat with possible sku/model #'s for the cover would be greatly appreciated.

I have also been researching covers for my 25' Temptation. You certainly have the option of a local canvas shop; most will allow you to specify material & color (sunbrella, etc.) but you do pay a premium for something made to order, I would think this cover http://www.boatcoversdirect.com/products/boat_covers/styled_to_fit/ style/35/dimensions/306x102x0/motor/2/ would be pretty darn close to a 25' Revenge. This company has a wide range of offerings. I don't think you will find a pre-made cover for your exact model.

Thanks for the suggestion. The cover you have referenced is made by Carver Covers which appears to be quality. I originally had a similar thought and called Carver Covers to inquire. Carver thought that the general Walk-around covers would provide too much material due to the lower profile of the cuddy. They suggested # 77025 which is for a V-hull 25' Runabout O/B. I might end up giving it a try but hesitated when they stated the cover would not be trailerable due to the non-custom fit. Ironically, I have even looked within the manufacturer style guides for a Temptation also to no avail. I think I actually saw your boat on the Chesapeake across from Annapolis last summer at the Bay Bridge Marina and Yacht Club docked overnight. Quite a unique beauty if that was yours. We were overnighting on my inlaws boat the "Summer Salt" that is kept at that marina. Thanks again for your help.

Yes, I looked at 77025 for my boat, and may in fact go that route. I also saw these http://boatcovers.iboats.com/Boston_Whaler/Additional_Models/ ?session_id=708041319&cart_id=149590188 from iboats that actually call out the classic Whaler models. But I don't they are any better fitting than any of the other pre-made covers.

Yes, that was me at the Bay Bridge Marina. I was taking in the night aboard her heading out the following morning early to fish.
