Very Rare 1986 Boston Whaler GTX 18' Open Bow Runabout
Here are all the pictures that I have of the GTX: None of the other GTX's for sale are in this condition. This GTX has spend most of it's life in storage. This is a good opportunity to own a classic Whaler for a fraction of what it would cost to own a Ventura.
1986 Boston Whaler GTX 2001 150 HP Johnson Ocean Pro Outboard (2007 Controls and System Warning Gauge) 2002 Bunk Trailer with Surge Brakes and very convenient swing tongue for garage storage New Modern Bow and Stern running lights Whole interior redone as of July 2009 (Excellent quality vinyl and superior worksmanship) New plastic frame buckets with lockin seat posts Eagle MagnaView Plus in excellent shape Seaworthy two speaker stereo system Boat Cover for Trailering Built in 60 gallon gas tank in the floor near the middle of the boat for balance This boat is in excellent shape with the legendary solid Boston Whaler construction. We are sad to sell it but we need something a little bigger. The motor runs excellent just had it out for Labor Day and after not being run for a year it did not skip a beat. The motor has always been properly maintaned and has very smooth operation with all new controls. This year we replaced the old entry level Caulkins Trailer with a newer bunk trailer. The boat pulls like a dream now, you can barely even tell it is back there, we always pulled it with a Trailblazer or an Envoy and always was a smooth easy trip. The GTX was always stored inside. If you are looking for a Boston Whaler runabout in excellent shape look no further. Compare the cost of the GTX to other Boston Whaler runabouts and you will see that the others are $30-$40K used. We can also negotiate delivery if you are not from the area and would like to purchase the boat. Feel free to contact me through the contact information at the top of the page with any questions you may have. Thanks for looking! -Eric |

That is not a 2001 engine. It's a 1999. |

Nope...not a 99. 99's were a weird goldish color with red accent decals...UGLY. That is a 2000 or 01 I believe. In 01 or 02 they went to white and soon after changed the cowling shape. |

Brochure for 99 looks more charcoal than what I described. http://rides.webshots.com/photo/2944436150101354590TYkHom His engine is a 2000, in 2001 they changed the cowl to round from square. Here is the 2000 brochure: http://rides.webshots.com/photo/2797663750101354590FAMSnz 2001 brochure: http://rides.webshots.com/photo/2973471690101354590TgQllK |
