Pulling the boat back out soon, and would like to find a teak bow hatch for a montauk in good shape. Please let me know if you have an extra one. The current bow hatch is a white board style w/ provisions for a fishing seat. Can offer partial trade if anyones interested.

Assuming your Montauk is 1977 smirked hull, you want the smaller of the two sizes Whaler made.
I believe you can have Nautical Lumber make a reproduction for you, since he has the plans to both sizes. A loose used one might be hard to find.
My 1979 also has the smaller one, which looks like this:

The larger one from the later models, approximately 1984 and later, have four straight center boards instead of three.

I have a larger fiberglass hatch if anyone needs it....$50+shipping or say $75 shipped.

Thank you LHG, I did not realize there were two sizes made. That will be a big help when locating one. It is a '77 and is a smirked hull.
