Spare 1993 Yamaha130 parts from previous engine except one carb because I sold it to another forum member.
History:
I purchased this boat from forum member JB Cornwell in August 2002. That winter I disassembled the entire boat. I pulled the console, floor and gas tank. I flipped the hull over and wet sanded and buffed the hull. I gel coated spots that needed it. I flipped the boat back over and wet sanded and buffed the inside of the hull.
I stripped, sanded and varnished all the bright work with Z-Spar varnish. Applied eight coats on each piece.
I buffed every piece of chrome on the boat. What couldn’t be buffed I had re-chromed.

In 2003 I took the boat up to Bayfield Wisconsin for a Whaler Rendezvous. Last day there engine threw a rod.
In 2004 I tore the engine apart. I figured out it would cost as much to fix it than to buy another one. I bagged and tagged all the spare parts.
In 2004 I found an identical ’93 Yamaha 130 online.
In 2004 I took the boat up to the Georgian Bay/North Channel Rendezvous and put 630 miles on the new engine. The engine ran flawless the entire time.
I used the boat off and on for the next six years. The last couple of years I have only used it a couple of times over the summer.
The boat has always been stored in my garage on a trailer for the summer and stored in a climate controlled warehouse for the winter.
The reason I’m selling the boat is we just don’t use it. Our kids are growing up and doing other things and it’s taking up space in the garage. The boat is located in St Paul, MN.

Asking $10,900.

Afraid so Pat.
Just not getting the use out of it.
Still have my 13' though, so I'm not out of the club yet.

Great job Gep.

When I sold you the boat I believe that she was the only Outrage 18 in the world with a teak anchor locker cover. (Cost me dearly).

Did that cover survive your restoration?

Red sky at night. . .

WOW. I can't believe how cheap this boat is. If I didn't have 30K in my 84' 18 outrage, I would be all over this thing. There is a HUGE Whaler market in Galveston, TX where I am from. I think you would get a ton of interest if you posted it in the craigslist classifieds there. Couldn't hurt. Where is the boat located. My cousin just bought a 18 that doesn't even come close to quality that this boat is in for around 12K. I wouldn't move anywhere off that price. I would think about raising it up to 16-17K. Wouldnt take long to get rid of it down here on the coast in Tejas.

Let me know if I can do anything to help.

Nice to see a clean one Gep. I just can't get over these prices some of you are asking for these things. This boat would be eaten up and I mean in one bite multiple offers like a house that is under valued where I am.

Like hmp2037 said I wouldn't take one dollar less than what you are asking. Someone is going to be very lucky and I hope they know it.

Good luck.

Outrage is sold!
It went this morning to a good family in southern Minnesota who will care for it as much as I did.
Thanks to all who inquired about it.
Thanks for all the nice comments.

A special thanks to Jeff for his initial counsel and posting on his website.

Mike,

Glad and sad to see that boat go for sure. Boy do I wish I could have had it. Oh well.

BTW are you saying the buyer ran across the ad on my site?

Jeff,
No, he ran across it here. I was just thanking you for your help.
