1991 Boston Whaler Outrage 17 Boat: Motor/Gauges/Electrical -2003 Yamaha F115 EFI, mounted 2 holes up. 203 engine hrs (5/12) WOT 43mph @ 5600 rpm Trailer: This boat and trailer are turn key. The hull has never had bottom paint and has been a trailer queen. There is some minor crazing and stress cracks in the gelcoat due to age. Keel rash in the bow was repaired in 2005. Annual maintenance performed including filters, fluid changes, spark plugs and lubrication of engine and trailer. The fuel fill, vent and feed hoses were replaced as a precaution. Visual inspection of the fuel tank showed no significant presence of water. The cover was in good shape with no repairs needed. The foam surrounding the tank was dry. The fuel tank was not removed or pressure tested. Photos: $13,500 FIRM Email: Cascobayoutrage@yahoo.com |

This is a nice model for sure Im still mad I passed on one for 8K a few years back had trailer cover a few extras above average shape. Engine wasn't nearly as nice as Phil's though and his looks like its ready to go without any need of any help at all. Worth the extra dollars imo. Sorry no I wish I could buy it but I have a Whaler that takes everything I got to keep. Good luck! Martyn |

IF Montauks are going for $10K Outrage 17's should command that and more. They are fantastic boats and we love ours and easily worth what Phil's asking. Just superb in chop and nasty water- feels so much bigger than 17. Montauks are entirely awesome and not saying anything against them but the Bob Doherty's Outrage 17 is an unbelievable boat. And that console - incredible |

In addition to new tires, the hubs were removed, cleaned and repacked with new seals last week. I replaced the lug nuts while I was at it. |

Hey Montauk buyers, don't miss this great boat. John Mirassou was here last summer and drove my Outrage 17 out into Lake Mich off Grand Haven into some snotty stuff, our close friend and her sons (little kids) were onboard and he had a blast with goofing around in that rotten chop and told me he was entirely impressed with the Outrage 17. In fact the next day he was ready to drive it across the lake to Milwaukee no chase boat, just solo. Like the Honey Badger - John Mirassou didn't give a sh#t! Great boat - man, they are incredible. I don't miss having an 18 at all. |
