This has got to be the worst for sale ad I've ever seen. You're clearly not serious about selling your boat if you expect viewers to jump through the hoops you've laid out. |

$27,xxx with older two stroke motors? I think many would say that one was a fool to pay that price. Maybe if it had new motors and a new trailer, new electronics etc. |

VERY nice boat. Motors may be a tad on the older side, but look like they have been well cared for. Boat, a classic, no bottom paint, gelcoat looks great, super console, and factory bow pulpit and the teak look good from what i could see. Next, the excellent shape of the whaler drives, definately a great collectable, maybe a tad high with 27k, but if your in the market, definately something to consider and to make a reasonable offer for. Oh, and forgot to mention the built in electronics box, which is also very rare! Duf |

Having a truly turn-key boat that is already in exceptional condition has a value that can only be determined by buyers. Typically that value goes up in the mind of buyers who have bought 'bargains' and had to put forth the effort - or worse yet, pay for the labor - to restore or refurbish a boat to this condition. The market for larger Whalers has really taken a hit in recent years, however, if in-person inspection of this vessel return a report of overall condition that is the same as what I'm seeing in these low-resolution photos, then I think this is a really rare find for a boat of this vintage and size in this condition. I agree with Duf that this is a really good looking boat. Someone in Houston is getting a nice Whaler. |
