That's a really nice boat from the photos. Excellent condition 22's are getting increasingly hard to find, as you indicate. Most are bottom painted and hard used that require a ton of work and fortune in money to bring back. You are not asking enough, and I would wait until mid March to re-offer it at a higher price for the coming season. Anybody with a brain in their head who is lookng for that model should snap it up before you change your mind! Ever checked to see what 17K will buy in a new Whaler? |

Nice boat, looks like it has been very well maintained. As the owner of an '89 Outrage Cuddy, I should point out 2 key features of this model year: The full width stern splashwell and the welded bow rails. This one has the added bonus of the somewhat rare bow pulpit. All the teak is there and in nice shape, the canvas looks good and the gelcoat shines. Even considering the 23 year old outboard, I think this boat is priced correctly. If I didn't already own one, I'd be considering this one for sure. |

This is such a versatile boat, and in really fine shape too. The fishability of a center console and the comfort of a cuddy. I am surprised someone has not jumped on it yet. |
