I have a beautifully restored and updated 1999 Boston Whaler 19' Justice for sale. It is basically the same boat as the 1998 Outrage 20 except it is the highly desirable "Government" hull version.
The Justice 19' and the Outrage 20' both have identical dimensions:
Length = 19' 8"
Beam = 8' 4"
Min HP = 130
Max HP = 225
87 gallon fuel tank
Accutrack hull

The Justice weighs 135 pounds more than the Outrage
Justice 19 = 2335
Outrage 20 = 2200 pounds

The engine is a 2006 225hp Mercury Optimax manufactured in September of 2006 with a current computer printout showing only 300 hours. It runs great, with no known issues.
The fuel tank has been completely drained and refilled with all new fuel lines installed from tank to engine, new fuel filter, and new diaphragm in the low speed fuel pump. It has fresh gear lube in the lower unit and the hydraulic steering has a new seal kit, was completely flushed and has fresh fluid.

This was a Louisiana Fish & Game boat that has been beautifully restored. We repainted the hullsides a brilliant dark blue, wetsanded and buffed the light grey gelcoat, removed all the grabrails and repainted them with Awlgrip. It has 2 batteries in the console, one new and also includes a battery switch. The Whaler also has a full set of brand new custom made seat cushions including the leaning post, back seats with backrests, forward cushion for laying out, all brand new white with grey piping. There is a brand new Igloo 72qt cooler with new hold down kit and seat pad. The aluminum trailer is in good condition and includes a spare tire. The lights work on the trailer and it tows nicely. There is a new windshield from UPD plastics, custom made from the original molds. Also new: factory OEM Mercury throttle/shift controls with trim switch, and a stainless Edson-style steering wheel with turning knob on a tilt steering unit. Included in the sale are an anchor and chain, a small amount of anchor line and a bimini top frame that is in decent condition. There is a stereo/CD player that is not currently hooked up and no speakers have been installed. Also includes a stern light and the bow navigation lights work. There are plenty of open accessory switches that were included for the various police-type accessories, should you want to install more electrical items. We have just installed a brand new bilge pump and wiring.

The condition of the hull is very good with smooth, glossy new dark blue hullside paint and the grey interior gelcoat shines nicely. The hull is in very good shape with no evidence of repairs. The floors are solid as are all the hatches with the exception of a slight delamination on the starboard side fishbox hatch. There are a few non-structural spider cracks in the grey interior gelcoat as would be expected in a boat of this age. It appears by the condition of the boat that it was ran 90% + in fresh water in Louisiana.

My asking price is $23,500.

Please call Jeff at 941-three five zero-1964 if you have any questions. I will assist getting the boat shipped if need be (will meet the shipper and make sure everything gets off ok). The title is open and clear with no liens.

I have a computer printout for the engine that shows normal rpm ranges for the running hours. Noticed that it is in fact a 2007 model year engine.

I would HIGHLY recommend Florida Boat Trader.
Yes, it costs $ 100.00 or so for an ad.....BUT
You have a much better audience than E-Bay or Craigslist.
..
The extra $$ I received from the sale, ALWAYS has offset
the cost of the ads.
..
Good Luck, that is a SHARP boat, even if it does have one of those "M" engines on it....
