I have my eye on a project hull I would like to buy - I have no room in the stable for it so this must go first (read my wife wont let me put another boat in the yard) - Details and pictures here.. http://spacecoast.craigslist.org/boa/...35770.html 1974 Boston Whaler Outrage 19 - 165HP inline 6 OMC (Chevy) sterndrive. EZ Loader trailer. RPS seat - Boat has the typical whaler crazing and cracks - has newer twin saddle tanks (direct factory replacements). All new teak trim and doors. Bimini top. RPS Seat. New rub rail (custom order) and decals. Motor runs good but carb needs to be rebuilt. If the other boat sells then this goes off the market. Boat is located in Merritt Island Fl - Asking $4850- |

Good to see that you are still captivated with the Nineteen. Spring will bring plenty of needy Classic ownerships. Your opening pricing should get plenty of attention then. Great buy for the discerning and specific collector. |

http://spacecoast.craigslist.org/boa/4246435770.html Scott, your link was not working so here is the corrected one. The boat looks great for the price. So, what's next my friend? |

Darn that's a pretty boat. Had never seen one with a sterndrive before. Sort of odd not seeing an engine cowling sticking up above the boat. Very nice! Dave . |

Thanks for the comments guys and fixed link Jeff. I had put her up for sale to acquire a ribside that came available locally. Unfortunately the ribside sold rather quickly (not to me) and I am left with question as to what to do. I will leave her listed for now as I would really rather place my efforts into a nice new Ribside Outrage as that is my dream boat. |

Sell the 19 Scott. You've been there and done that already. Get a 21 and have a new adventure. |

I have left her on the market - I will get serious about advertising after the first of the year. Thanks guys. |

I did scan the photos individually and can tell that It is a lot of boat for the asking price. Seems to have newer louvered doors. The hull is clean and the rubrail seems new. The RPS seems to have been renewed and the trailer is sound. What a great find if you are traveling by to view. |

Personally...run away unless you want it badly. |

Nick -if you read what I wrote this is my boat I am trying to sell - I appreciate your kind well thought out comment which will greatly aid in the process. |

In any event even though there's been some chirping from the usually upbeat Nick; The boat is an excellent deal for the true value in this outfit. Nick I would suggest that you stow this little cackmouth of yours and if it's not too much of an effort.. Smarten Up Snapper Head. For the efforts and the money invested in renewing this Pleasant Classic, I was expecting good things coming out of this thread. |
