mwhit	posted 04-03-2014 09:09 AM ET (US)         This is a handyman special. THE 1972 16,7 Sakonnet has been in our family since 1974. It is now a (project) boat. The mahogany console & seat can be replaced for around $2,000, and the hull should be pressure cleaned & re painted. There is spidering in the fiberglass but no apparent soft spots. The 90 HP Motor needs a new steering cable and mechanism. Boat includes a galvanized trailer and a canvas boat cover. Asking $2,000 as-is. Photos available by following link.
