skred	posted 04-25-2014 10:14 AM ET (US)         I'm looking for 2 rail base fittings. They are the ones that mount to the top edge of the mahogany side risers and allow the center stanchion on a 13 or 15 ft. to slip over them and fasten the short center stanchion to the riser. Basically - called a "90 degree rail base mount". The commercially available ones are almost an inch too wide to mount on the risers.
frontier	posted 04-25-2014 10:56 AM ET (US)             I may have what you need. The 2 I have: base measures about 7/8" by 2 1/2" with 2 screw holes in it. Bronze male part measures about 3/4" dia. by 1" long. Is that it?
