I have a 1986 Outrage 18' and have just aquired and moutnted the outrigger mount on the shepards hook on the center console. I am now on the search for a pair of the Lee's outrigger poles and elbows (1 1/8 diameter). I'll settle for just the elbows if anyone has a set they want to part with. Any leads would be appreciated.

Those OEM poles can be tough to come by. More difficult than the Shapard's Crook Base.

I remember a guy who had a set for sale a few years ago. He was only asking $100 and I do not think he sold them. I found the old listing with his number.

I have a complete like new Shepard's Crook base and full set of elbows, poles, lines, glass eyelets and working releases...I doubt I would part with the package though. It's such a rarity. That said, I could supply pics of the OEM parts if you need them down the road

Thanks Jeff. Thats all good information. I wil contact him tomorrow. Menawhile if you would send some photos I sure would appreciate that. It took me a couple of years to get my base. I got lucky and found a base in great shape. Just need from the elbows out now. Actually just the elbows would at least let me use them! Again, thanks for the help and let me know if you change your mind about getting rid of your set.

Here are some old pics of my set. It is up in my attic now and I will try and get better images for you. I am thinking of using the poles on my Grady's gunwale mounts this summer for Salmon on Lake Michigan.

Jim,

Yes, like I said these are too rare to let go. I am going to use the poles on my Grady until my next Whaler project allows me to use the mount and poles as designed.

Also Salmon,

If you can find the elbows, I believe you can use Taco Marine's 15' center rigger pole in the Lee's elbow. It might not be OEM but it could something that works.

Probably way more than you'd want to pay but here's a starting point.
