Boat is a 1993 with twin 200 Johnson Oceanrunners. They have less then 700 original hours and have zero hours since being fully serviced!

Most on this site will know this boat. For those who don't I will give a quick rundown. I am going on memory so some of the details could be slightly off when it comes the production of the boat.

Sometime around 1991 AMF(?) brought Whaler. They came out with several new boats including a 21, 23, and possible a few bigger Walkarounds. These boats are REAL Walkarounds. Many brokers like to list boats as walkarounds that aren't because they command more money.

They also had a marine architect design new hulls. If you look at the hull on this boat, you will see it is similar to todays Whalers. It has a much shaper V then traditional Whalers. I would say it was somewhere between 2006-08 that the newer hulls equaled this one as far as the sharpness of entry.

It is a HUGE 23 foot boat! I have stored it in a "portable shelter" that is 28 ft. long and the engines hit the back door and the Pulpit sticks out the front!!!. It has a FULL ENCLOSED HEAD. You will never see this on a similar boat. LIVE BAIT WELLS with MACERATOR. Walk thru Transom Door.

You can sleep TWO in the cabin! In other words THIS IS ONE INCREDIBLE 23 FT. BOAT!!!

I have done several updates. It has a new tough screen GPS, The side Graphics are current Whaler style. Has a Custom Aluminum Bow Rail. The Floor over fuel tank has been reinforced(soft floor is a common problem). New electric Trim tabs.

Has a Newer FLOAT ON BRAND dual axle Trailer with NEW brakes, bearings and spare tire. MUCH MORE you must call me at 516-728-7523 or email me for more details and pictures.

I am selling because I am moving up to a bigger boat. asking $23,900

Some quick answers to questions.

Trailer has only been used for launch in spring and haul out in fall. It is in great condition and I believe can be used to haul boat just about anywhere.

Has a newer canvas enclosure in fair condition. It encloses the helm area. It is black and I mainly use just the top as a sun shade. Also has a canvas cover for helm.

Batteries are new!

YES, IT IS FAST! Boat will top out at 40+ knots. I have never pushed it to the absolute limit as it is not a race boat and I do not feel the need to.

The ride is superior to the "traditional" Whaler hulls from around that time. That is why the NEW Whalers have a hull design that is similar.

I or someone in my family has/have owned a 13, 15, two 18's, 20, 21, 22, 23, and 27. My brother was a TOP SALESMAN for Whaler for many years! I know whalers and will be getting a bigger one again.

Thanks, Will
