Thinking of downsizing lot's of boating stuff I've been storing forever. As such, I'm thinking of selling the pedestal seat set-up that came with my 1984 Montauk. I have the original mounting base that came with it. Haven't viewed it all recently, but suspect it is still in very good condition.
Can anybody shed some light on what a fair price for this piece is? I can't seem to find any threads quickly that indicate what they're typically going for. I'd like to see this go to a Whaler fan that will actually use and enjoy it. I never mounted it on my boat.
Anybody have any thoughts and/or interest?

Hi there Tim. I have bought and sold a few of these around $100-$150 depending on condition. The seat itself is not that uncommon, but the bulkhead mount and shim are.

I have one hanging around my garage. It was on my 15ft. Striper when I bought it. Did BW have these made? They look sort of almost homemade. I'll take almost any offer as long as I don't have to bother with shipping.

Thanks ratherwhalering, that's the info I'm looking for. So maybe $125 for the seat and the bulk head mount is a fair place to start?
It's for sale folks if anybody is interested. I'll try to get a few pictures real soon. Looks like Rich has one available too. Maybe for free. :-)
