Looking for a mid 90's 21' Outrage, preferably without power unless it's a 250 or 300 HP four stroke model. Preferably with trailer, t-top, & rear folding seat but those could be added later, most important find is a clean hull. I'm local to Seattle but would consider just about any location....obviously prefer Pacific Northwest or thereabouts.
