Saw this video today and thought I'd pass it along. It's an auction up north, too far for me to travel and it's the same day as my anniversary! Anything, they were "asking" $6500 for the boat. Not sure what that includes but it looked to be in descent shape for the price.

You can see the Whaler during the introduction and its about a minute or two into the video (being presented).

Have a great day!

Dave

They just corrected the listing. Now they say it is a " 21 ft " Whaler 1994.
It sure is not a 1994 Outrage hull which would look like a 1980's Outrage hull.

Correction,it sure is not a 1994 Outrage 19' hull which would look like a 1980's 18 Outrage hull except for the transom.

I think it appears as if there are two different Whalers in the video. At 43 seconds it definitely looks to be an 80's Outrage. The one at 2 mins 36 seconds that shows a quick teaser video of it is of a newer vintage Whaler.

Also at 4 mins 14 seconds it gives a good view of the hull size of the 94 Boston Whaler. The Grady White with the suspect rotten transom for 2700.00 is a quite a large boat but that Boston Whaler appears to be hefty in bow comparison. Perhaps the 19 Outage is really just that big of a hull. The anchor cabinet arrangement does appear to be of a 19 Outrage of the era. The 21 has an elevated cabinet and has another locker down along the floor.

Video is playing tricks it probably does have the locker which would make it the 21 footer. Its too large anyway and leadsled your right in that I don't think they made a 19 version in that style in 1994.

There is a good photo of the 21' Whaler on the Mass Maritime boat inventory list.
A few weeks ago they emailed me about the up coming auction. I went right away to the inventory list and there was two 1994 Boston Whaler 19 ft boats listed without photo's. I was so excited thinking that they might be Guardians.
Then when the photo's came one line recently there was only one Whaler listed, the one in the photo. Then later they changed the listing to 21'.
There may be more boats at the auction then in the listing. They have a few outboards and trailers there also so it might pay to go. I bought a 8hp nissan for $200 that I have been running for 3-4 years now. This sat and Sun,south entrance to Otis air base.

Just curious if anyone got a chance to check the auction out?

I went Sat and there were a lot of bids on the 21 Whaler. The other boat in question was not a Montauk but an 18' Wahoo.
