Fwiw, I emailed the guy and he said he'd take $1700. No trailer.

I inquired and the seller stated that he does not have title for the boat. New York is tough in these cases, they demand a clear auditable trail of ownership.
Too bad as I'm looking for a project and I think they're cool.
