Would there be any interest in a left hand rotation 25" shaft motor and Gage's with 250 original hours ? What would someone be willing to pay? Not available yet, just testing the waters.

As a data point for you, I recently sold a 1985 Evinrude 150 V-6 complete with binnacle, 5 gauges, helm, and cables for $1600. I started on Craigslist in Seattle at $1950, and really didn't get serious offers until $1600. This motor ran well and had around 480 hours on it.
