1966 Boston Whaler 16.7'
This boat has been: Rejuvenated/Refreshed/Reconditioned, whatever you want to call it. Just not an authentic restoration, as can be seen in the photos.
The info: 1966 Boston Whaler Sakonnet. It no longer has the forward platform. The hull has no water intrusion.
The hull has been painted inside and outside with Pettit Easypoxy single part polyurethane.
The original console was beyond repair but the windshield structure was saved and used.
The original fore & aft reversible seat assembly was also saved.
Complete new steering components; helm and cable.
1987 Yamaha 70hp 2 stroke with oil injection. Fresh water motor, no corrosion. Runs great.
Fuel tanks: 1 twelve & 1 six gal.
Recent HD battery & box.
Running lights (not original).
1985 Calkins galvanized trailer. New bunk rollers. Good tires.

Very nice looking Sakonnet, well worth the asking price. Unfortunately, I'm working on my own 16.7 restoration... Good luck with the sale. PS - Nice dandelion photo; looks like you've been taking shots of our front yard!
