DMW	posted 03-22-2000 04:16 PM ET (US)         Has anyone ever experimented with a center console on a 13. My 13 is a 1960 and I have restored every thing my self. I built a standard side console but having been contemplating building a center console. Any input would help. How could i secure it to the floor??? martex??? Thanks for any input.
Ed Stone	posted 03-23-2000 05:59 AM ET (US)             Hey DMW, We had a 1965-13 with a small center console built at a cabinet shop.In front of the center console we built a fiberglass box/bench seat that was removable.Behind the center console we had a cooler seat,and all the way to the back we built a small platform that fastened over the trough.The platform was small but it was great to stand and fish from.
