Has anyone had any experience with an aftermarket keel or hull protector that is glued on ? I use my boat in an area that is predominatly rock shoreline and would be interested if any of these so called
"Protection devices" actually work and how long they last and most importantly if they will fit a 1980 13 Sport ? Thanks

I've wanted to have one installed on my 15, but don't really care for the bulkiness of the 'stick-on' types. The one I'm leaning towards is made out of 'u' shaped stainless steel; cut from tubing, shaped to fit your keel, installed with screws & appropriate adhesive. I'm not sure if there's a company that makes these specifically, but any steel/metal shop can fix you up.
