k joseph	posted 10-17-2001 10:25 PM ET (US)         had the fortune of buying nice revenge from this site...pd a very fair price with expectations of repowering...last day out fryed a head gasket (water pump) or sea weed!!!! just ordered new piston and ring set (all 4) gaskets and whole 9 yds... paying a certified yamaha friend to repair.. since i'm the helping hand would like any info with prior experiences or qualified techs...overall bummer but i will prevail
Clark Roberts	posted 10-18-2001 10:34 AM ET (US)             Kevin, suggest that you have heads milled to true flat surface as overheating usually warps them and if not trued you will have big troubles with water in cyls. , blown gaskets etc and you will have it all to do over again... been there, done that..
