Just entered the fray with a restored 13 whaler (early 70s). I need to set-up running lights. Bow light has the two wires coming out. I need: to purchase a stern light, schemtic for wiring and find out how to run the wire from the bow. thanks

If you show all available posts to this forum and search for lights, you should get some good threads on how others have dealt with this issue. In a nutshell, if there are no wires embedded in the hull up to the bow light, most people run the wires behind the rubrail from the stern wiring block up to the bow and to the bow light.

If your Whaler has the old style white rubrail, and the 3 in-hull wires have gone bad, BW recommend running the wires under the outside lip of the hull, taped in place with continuous white tape. They won't show, but holes have to be drilled to get them to outside of hull, and them back up to bow light.
