I HAVE 1990 225 VRO EVINRUDE ON A 22 FOOT OUTRAGE.. RUNNING @ FULL THROTTLE WHAT SHOULD MY RPM BE ??

Look in your owners manual or go to library and look in factory repair manual. WOT (wide open throttle) should be midway between the manufacturers recommended maximxum RPM. For example if Manual says max RPM is 5000 to 5500 RPM, your WOT should be 5200.
