I've got one installed on my gas lines and ready to hook up. There's a black wire and a red wire, but the instructions say a green is supposed to go to the ignition. Is this necessary? Does anyone have any advice? The installation instructions from FloScan are pretty vague.

I don't have a copy of the ABYC wire color code in front of me, but usually the color coding of wiring uses GREEN as a ground bonding conductor.
I would be curious to find out if you solved this problem.
Was FLOSCAN able to help?
Let us know how the fuel measuring gauge works out.
