My Revenge 25 is on a trailer and I don't have access to a boatyard lift easily. I want to re-do the bottom paint.

Is it possible to jack the boat up a few inches so I can build a temporary 'sling' that would allow me to pull the trailer (or probably leave it underneath as a 'safety net') so I can get to the hull areas that are resting against the bunks?

Where would 'jack points' be? Along the keel?

Thanks in advance.

If you have keel rollers and the bunks are used for steadying only, you can try what I did. I just used blocks from the trailer frame on both sides to steady it, then removed the bunks entirely. Also chained the boat to a tree and pulled the boat off a couple inches to get the spots under the rollers. Other than than, jack points would definitely be along the keel, and a good percentage of the weight should be at the stern under the transom.
