I am noticing small crack lines on my gunnel where the bow rail is screwed into the gunnel of the boat. I have a 19' Outrage 1994. Any idea why this is happening? The boat is 8 years old and never had this issue. Help!

This is a fairly common occurrence, where the rail screws stress the glass.

To fix, you have to remove the rail, use a can opener to "Vee" out the cracks, and re-gelcoat, sand, buff, etc. This is also a good time to fix stripped screws, and buff out the entire gunwale, including the non-skid sections.
