The vinyl upholstered bow cushions of a friends 1992 19' Outrage absorb water through the original clear cushion wrapping. This original wrapping appears to be done in an attempt to seal out water from entering the actual cushions foam. Good idea on paper but no longer effective. Water that Im referring gets into the cushion's as a result of daily boating/swimming activities. Any good idea's to address the water absorbing problem with bow cushions.Cushions are removed and stored out of the weather when not in use.
Thanks-Eagleman

That clear plastic is a double edged sword. I would not recommend using it because it makes the drying process take forever.

Where do you find dri-fast foam. Is that what Dave's and other mfrs use?

Any foam shop would sell it. One of my businesses is a foam and futon store and we can get the dri-fast foam from any of my suppliers.
