i am after a diagram on how to reassemble the pump section of my ptt
it is a genuine johnson of a 40 hp 87 model motor
please help before i fix it with a hammer for good

Drop me an E-mail to where2@juno.com and I'll see what I can find in my '85 OMC factory repair manual. It covers the 2hp-V6, and fits neatly in a 3" 3-ring binder. If it hadn't come with the boat, I would have bought the 1/2" thick 50-70hp OMC book (which I got as a gift later...)
