I am trying to epoxy some Wayne Gretzkey beer coasters for a friend, using a 2 part marine epoxy. What it in the world will this stuff not stick to? Company said waxed wood, sure enough stuck just fine to it! Any ideas? Thanks

I have always used wax paper for this type of thing.
Works for me.

Epoxy peels off of the sticky side of tape.
I know that sounds funny, but it is true. Whenever I am using West System to fill holes, I put a piece of tape over it to keep the thickening epoxy in place. When hardened, it just peels off.
Your application seems a bit tougher. I am wondering if somehow you can mask it? Maybe spray adhesive first the part you don't want epoxied and then peel it up after curing??
