posted 04-22-2003 06:29 PM ET (US)         I'm thinking of putting a livewell into my '96 Montauk for bass fishing. I already have a bait tank setup in the rear with a Rule pump on the transom and a water line over the transom into the boat (tank comes out when not in use). It looks like just using the seat/cooler location in front of the console could work. Anybody put a livewell in their Montauk using an ice chest with some thru-fittings on the sides for water in and out? Did you locate it up front? How did you run water lines, pump location, etc.? Water lines from the stern forward through the floor tunnel makes sense, but its real crowded in there already with kicker controls, fish finder, battery cables, etc. Thanks for input!!
