BrianO	posted 05-20-2003 02:28 PM ET (US)         I would like to know if anyone has seen/done/heard of someone adding oar locks to a 13 sport. I know that the 11 has oar locks. If you have, do you know how it's done. I'm guessing something might have to be re-inforced.
Samars	posted 05-20-2003 03:32 PM ET (US)             Not sure what year your 13 is...but my 67, 13 came from the factory with oar locks (holes to place the oars into). They are rescessed brass inserts. I believe they accept 1 inch holes.

If you have ever tried rowing a 13' you might re-consider and buy an electric or small outboard engine. rowing a 13 BW is not a delightful undertaking....Duckin'
