southwicknr	posted 06-17-2003 07:32 AM ET (US)         I have a 18' Outrage with a 1985 150 Johnson. The boat has seen little hours on the engine since my family has owned since new. Now when I turn the key (cold starting), no response. After 3 to 4 trys, I will then get the engine to start to turn and start up. My question to the group is what are your thoughts on why it is not turning right away.
