My 13 whaler has a clogged baler between the compartment under the bow seat and the cockpit. I've tried the proverbial coat hanger but it doesnt' open. I[m afraid I'm just poking holes into the floatation between the two laminates. In the meantime I've left with water sloshing around in the stowage under the seat and soon freezing is goiong to be an issue. MY wife does not take kindly to my idea of a well place cherry bomb fire cracker to clear the passage. Any and all ideas are appreciated.....

I've used compressed air or water from a garden hose to dislodge clogs from home pluming.

Try inserting a garden hose and a wet rag around the hose to seal. Start with a little water pressure and increase as needed.

If that doesn't work try an M-80. :) :)
