I have an old McKee Craft that I'm converting to center console. The console is by Todd, but they don't offer a windshield for this particular model. Is there a company that can make a windshield to order?

Yes, any commercial plastics business that works with Lexan & Plexiglass should be able to hel pyou. I've had several made. It cost me about $150, I think, to have a windshield made to replace the broken whaler factory windshield on my console. The new one is identical in every respect except I had it made abpout 5" taller. (Labor is more than the cost of the plastic.)

Thanks. I'll ask around. I got a flat piece of smoked plexiglass for $10 and may just screw that into the console and see how it looks. I had a similar screen on an old side console bass boat I once had. It was fairly thick and didn't flex or break in several years of heavy use.

Use a hairdryer or heat gun on it and it will conform to any bend you want.

I've got a 17' McKee and I was considering doing the same (if no-one buys it from me). Can you send me any pics of your conversion? Did you have the walk-thru windshield and remove it? Thanks. Steve
