I am restoring the mahogany RPS back on my Katama. I thought I would have to replace the whole seat back, but I was able to replace just a few boards that I was able to purchase on Ebay for less than $20 that were already planed.

Someone, obviously without taste or a conscience (in my humble opinion), painted the original, beautiful mahogany with white enamel! I tried liquid paint stripper, but it had zero effect.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Richard

I don't think anything but sanding will do it right, Richard.

Richard,

Jasco's "Premium Paint & Epoxy Remover" is your best bet. Try It, you'll like it.
