I am replacing/upgrading throttle on 17' Montalk with 90 HP Mercury Outboard. Any recommendations on cable lenght? I just replaced helm with 17' Teleflex NFB II.

Thanks

I just replaced mine with 192" cables.
Should be a slight bow in the cables at the splash well.

Thanks for info. How much of a loop did your cable length give you? Do you know the length of your helm? What make/horsepower engine is on your whaler?
