Just rigged my 13' w/a 1994 40HP Johnson. I get a "clicking" sound when I hit tilt button but no movment.
Motor has been stored for 2-3 yrs.
Any suggestions on a trouble shooting plan?

Start with a fully charged battery and clean the terminals and contacts on your solenoids and battery. The clicking you hear is probably the solenoid. You can jump each one, blue wire is up and green wire is down to see if your trim motor is indeed working.
