I keep reading about three drain holes in splash well on 18' Outrage. My Outrage is a 1989 and has two.
Does anyone know if some models had two and some had three?

Yes, some had two, some had three.

My 1990 Outrage-18', (decal says "18", title and new plate says "19")
has two splashwell drains.
I expect that 3 drains were installed initially to better accomodate twins,
and as fewer boats were ordered with twins,
dual drains were sufficient.
It would appear that twin engines would interfere with my drains.
