have just had restored my Yanmar 169 engine, since than I can not get the usally rpm ? normal is 3300 rpm, now I get only 2600 rpm and less speed. where should I look for; turbo, governor, fuelinjector dieselfilter , without load I still get the 3300 rpm ,with load I get only 2600 what went wrong , the mechanics have no answer ?
