Does anybody no how to cut cleanely the Heavy Duty COMMERCIAL rub rail that B. W. sales' Also how to go around the transom on a 1979 22' Outrage.

Hey there, I used a simple hack saw for the cut and you can sand it down a little for smoothness, Then to wrap around the stern there is alminium caps on some mine i just cut at appropriate angle I forget the degree of cut but just like cutting molding in your house. The rope will go right around the corner. Good luck

A very clean way to cut the rub rail is with a ratcheting plumbing tool designed to cut pvc. The cuts are very smooth like from the factory.
