I have a 1980 striper model and have a mounting plate for a Minnkota trolling motor for the right bow step. I need suggestions as to how to anchor the plate.

I have a utilitarian and effective, but not beautiful method
for a bow mounted Minn Kota Power Drive on my
1988 15' Striper.
