I have an earlier 13' 1970 hull and it has water in hull and lists to starboard side. I have tried drilling holes in stern and proping up to drain but unsuccessful. Any ideas? Thanks

You are not going to be able to simply "drain" the water out of the foam. There is much prior discussion of this. Start here:
